Республика Шошилинч Тез Тиббий Ёрдам Илмий Маркази Самарканд Филиалида 3 йил мобайнида жароҳлик амалиёти ўтказилган 50 нафар беморда катта болдир суяги дистал қисми ва диафизи шикастланишида блокловчи интрамедулляр остеосинтез (БИОС) операция усулидаги натижалари келтирилган. Беморларнинг ўртача ёши 45 ёшни ташкил этади. Ўртача операция қилиш муддати 3 кундан 12 кунгача, кузатиш муддати 12 ойни ўз ичига олади. Беморларнинг 7 нафарида суякнинг нормал ўқининг силжиши, хамда йирингли асоратлар кузатилади. Ушбу усул минимал оператив жароҳати етказилиши билан беморларда келиб чиқадиган операциядан кейинги асоратларни олдини олади ва қиска муддат ичида беморларда оёқга туриш ва бўғимларда ҳаракатнинг тез тикланишига олиб келади

The results of intramedullary osteosynthesis for fractures of the distal and tibial diaphysis are presented, which allows, along with accurate reposition and stable fixation of a diaphyseal fracture by closed reposition and minimally invasive fixation. The analysis was made within 3 years on the basis of the Samarkand branch of the Republican Scientific Center for Emergency Medical Care, the research included 50 patients, whose average age is 45 years. The average duration of the operation from 3 to 12 days. The follow-up period was at least 12 months. Complications were only in 7 patients (14%). Out techniquereduces the probability of postoperative complications due to minimal surgical trauma, provides early support of the limb and the ability to start the early stages of the development of movements in the joints of the limbs
