В статье проанализирована современная модель оценки повышения эффективности инвестиционной деятельности и приведено заключение об уровне развития текущего состояния железнодорожного транспорта Республики Узбекистан. Экономический эффект от интенсивных инвестиций - это эквивалент затрат и выгод разницы между результатом и затратами на его достижение. В тоже время экономическая эффективность интенсивных инвестиций определяется как отношение инвестиционных затрат к достижению прибыльного результата (экономический эффект). Показатели, характеризующие экономическую эффективность интенсивных инвестиций: интегрированный эффект, потребность в дополнительном финансировании, внутренняя норма прибыли, интенсивный коэффициент возврата инвестиций, интенсивный индекс возврата инвестиций, коэффициент инноваций, инвестиции в человеческие ресурсы, эффективность современного корпоративного управления,-- будут включены. Мультипликативный эффект, в котором имеется набор мультипликаторов, отражает изменения в объемах производства, инвестициях и характеристиках отрасли. Анализ конкретной деятельности показывает влияние роста показателей, учитывая его вклад в положительную динамику экономики. Увеличение инвестиционных затрат приведет к увеличению производства и уровня доходов. Это взаимодействие объясняется эффектом мультипликатора. Понятие мультипликатора означает «множитель». Суть эффекта мультипликатора заключается в увеличении инвестиций что приведет к большему росту национального дохода.
