В данной работе для определения потенциальных генов, расположенных в маркированных участках были аннотированы отобранные кандидатные маркеры. Для этого были использованы последовательности соответствующих праймерных пар, амплифицирующих кандидатные маркеры, и полный геном вида G. hirsutum. Данные анализа виртуальных ампликонов позволили аннотировать маркерные участки локусов BNL1604. Результаты in silico ПЦР и BLAST анализа были определены предполагаемые гены, ответственные за развитие волокна в хлопчатнике.
