This article discusses irrigation and land reclamation systems, water scarcity, rational management of available water resources, field conditions, discrepancy reliability. Each hydro-melioration system and its components are classified by the reliability and deterioration of work. The scheme of use of irrigation systems has been studied during the growing season of irrigation techniques. Experimental fields and test hydromeliorative systems were selected in the regions to carry out this work.
