Сахарный диабет (СД) или нарушение углеводного обмена, продолжает оставаться одной из наиболее актуальных проблем мировой медицины. Значительное расширение возрастных границ диабета, развитие множества осложнений, высокий уровень инвалидизации и летальности определяют приоритетные позиции сахарного диабета в национальных программах здравоохранения всех стран мира, закрепленные нормативными актами ВОЗ. В данной статье представлены актуальность исследования, направленного на комплексное неврологическое осложнение у детей и подростков с сахарным диабетом 1 типа и оптимизацию диагностики этих осложнений для повышения качества оказываемой помощи детям
