During the growing season, winter wheat goes through the appropriate stages of development associated with the appearance or formation of new organs. The developmental stages, the intensity of growth and the productivity of plants to some extent depend on the growing conditions. For the good development of plants, it is necessary to optimally ensure all the necessary life processes and the high-quality implementation of the necessary agrotechnical measures. In the process of development, winter wheat goes through the following main stages: germination, tillering, stemming, earing, flowering, maturation (milk, waxy and full maturation). Under favorable conditions on winter crops, the first two stages of development begin in the fall, the rest - in the spring and summer of the next year. The article describes the influence of foliar mineral nutrition on the degree of tillering and the development of the root system of winter wheat.
