В электронном обучении системы искусственного интеллекта (ИИ) обеспечивают эффективную поддержку включая персонализацию обучения для студентов, автоматизацию рутинных задач преподавателей и обеспечение адаптивной оценки. Однако, хотя возможности искусственного интеллекта многообещающи, влияние систем искусственного интеллекта на культуру, нормы и ожидания в отношении взаимодействия между студентами и преподавателями по-прежнему неуловимо. При электронном обучении взаимодействие учащегося с преподавателем (в частности, общение, поддержка и присутствие) оказывает глубокое влияние на удовлетворенность учащихся и результаты обучения. Таким образом, определение того, как учащиеся и преподаватели воспринимают влияние систем искусственного интеллекта на их взаимодействие, важно для выявления любых пробелов, проблем или барьеров, препятствующих системам искусственного интеллекта реализовать свой предполагаемый потенциал и ставящих под угрозу безопасность этих взаимодействий.
