На этапе современного экономического развития оценка факторов, влияющих на развитие рынка труда в сфере цифровых технологий, на основе различных методов исследования является основой для определения правильных стратегических направлений в области цифровой экономики в стране. Общеизвестно, что одним из основных показателей, оценивающих спрос на трудовые ресурсы, является заработная плата специалистов. Исходя из этого, целью нашего исследования является проведение эконометрического анализа факторов, влияющих на заработную плату специалистов в области цифровых технологий в регионах Узбекистана, и разработка соответствующих выводов и предложений на основе полученных эконометрических моделей.
