Целью настоящего исследования явилось изучение влияния однонуклеотидных полиморфизмов (SNP) генов GLUT9, URAT1 на предрасположенность к развитию ИБС в узбекской популяции. В исследование были включены 106 больных ишемической болезнью сердца и 64 индивидов контрольной группы. Полиморфизм GLUT9 (rs52448471), URAT1 (rs3825016) генотипировали с использованием протокола полимеразной цепной реакции с определением полиморфизма длины рестрикционных фрагментов. Статистический анализ выявил значимый аллельный вариант - Т/Т генa транспортера глюкозы GLUT9, который ассоциирован с нестабильными формами ИБС. T/T вариант гена URAT1 был сопряжен со стабильным течением заболевания. Результаты исследований, показали важность полиморфного варианта гена URAT1 и GLUT9, в формирование генетической структуры предрасположенности к ИБС в узбекской популяции.
