В данной статье представлены результаты распространенности диабетической ретинопатии в целом по Узбекистану и в разрезе областей, по данным двух национальных регистров сахарного диабета 2007 и 2010 гг. в зависимости от частоты достижения целевых уровней терапии при СД по гликемии, артериальному давлению, липидам. В 2007 г. полную компенсацию по трем показателям достигли 76 пациентов и в 2010 г. 736 пациентов, среди которых не было слепоты, тогда как в группе некомпенсированных больных его уровень составлял 0,01% и 0,08% соответственно изучаемым годам.
