В статье рассматриваются теоретические основы развития промышленности на основе государственно-частного партнерства (ГЧП). Проекты ГЧП объединяют ресурсы государственного и частного секторов для улучшения инфраструктуры и услуг. Подчеркивается роль ГЧП в стимулировании инноваций в промышленности и обеспечении экономического роста. Также были рассмотрены теоретические основы развития промышленности на основе государственно-частного партнерства и подходы экономистов. В то же время особое внимание уделяется моделям ГЧП, которые отражают влияние на отрасль.
