В данной статье представлена комплексная оптимизация производительности систем щелочного электролиза воды, интегрирован- ных с фотоэлектрическими батареями для устойчивого производства водорода. Исследование рассматривает критические рабочие параметры, включая концентрацию электролита (25-30 масс.% KOH), температуру (25-80 °C), плотность тока (100-500 мА/см²) и стратегии управления мощностью с использованием метода отслеживания точки максимальной мощности (МРРТ). Электрохимическая импедансная спектроскопия показывает сопротивление переносу заряда на уровне 0,32 Ω·см² при оптимальных условиях (30 масс.% KOH, 60 °C). Оптимизированная система достигает эффективности Фарадея 90,9%, энергоэффективности 55,9% и общей эффективности преобразования солнечной энергии в водород на уровне 13,5% при реализации MPPT. Испытания на долговременнуюстабильность (1000 часов) подтверждают скорость коррозии электродов менее 0,01 мм/год для нержавеющей стали 316L. Экономический анализ демонстрирует приведенную стоимость водорода $1,85/кг для систем мощностью 1 МВт в условиях высокой инсоляции Узбекистана (2150 кВтч·м²/год). Полученные результаты подтверждают техническую осуществимость и коммерческую жизнеспособность щелочного электролиза на солнечной энергии для промышленного производства зеленого водорода в условиях Центральной Азии.
