The ongoing reforms in the country on the formation of a stable and effective economy reflect today's results. In the conditions of the market economy such important and urgent reforms as today are the most effective, profitable, source of income for the population. It is desirable to use a flower-growing plant, which is decorative, medicinal, servitamin, food, and also of national importance, adapted to various soil and climatic conditions.
