Mazkur maqolada Phaseolus aureus (hozirgi botanik tasnifda Vigna radiata) nav va namunalarining fiziologik,
biokimyoviy xususiyatlari hamda virusli kasalliklarga chidamliligi masalalari nazariy asosda tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqot asosan
xalqaro va mahalliy manbalar tahliliga tayanib, o‘simlikning virusli infeksiyalarga qarshi fiziologik javob reaksiyalari, shu
jumladan, xlorofill miqdori, prolin darajasi, antioksidant fermentlar (SOD, KAT, POD) faolligi va hosildorlikka ta’siri batafsil
ko‘rib chiqilgan. Shuningdek, virusga chidamli navlarni aniqlashda genetik va molekulyar yondashuvlarning ahamiyati, seleksiya
va agrotexnik chora-tadbirlarning o‘zaro bog‘liqligi nazariy jihatdan asoslab berilgan. Maqola amaliy tajribasiz, faqat ilmiy
manbalardagi natijalar asosida nazariy umumlashtirish, taqqoslash va tahlil qilish metodlariga tayanadi. Maqolada virusli
kasalliklarga qarshi chidamli va barqaror hosildor navlarni aniqlash, mavjud ilmiy ma’lumotlarni tizimlashtirish, shuningdek,
kelgusi eksperimental izlanishlar uchun nazariy asos yaratish maqsad qilingan.

В состоянии на теоретической основе анализируются физиолого-биохимические свойства сортов
и образцов Phaseolus aureus (Vigna radiata в современной ботанической классификации), а также устойчивость к
вирусным заболеваниям. В исследовании, основанном на первом анализе международных и местных источников, подробно
описаны физиологические реакции растений и вирусные инфекции, включая содержание хлорофилла, уровня пролина,
активность антиоксидантных ферментов (СОД, КАТ, ПОД) и влияние на фертильность. Теоретической основой
являются в основном генетические и молекулярные подходы, разработка методов вирусоустойчивой сортировки,
а также перекрестной селекции и агротехнического управления. Статья опирается исключительно на методы
теоретического общения, сравнения и анализа, основанные на результатах научных источников, без практического
опыта. Целью статьи является выявление сортов, устойчивых к вирусным заболеваниям и характеризующихся
стабильной урожайственностью, систематизацией, имеющихся научных данных и создание теоретической базы для
дудущих экспериментальных исследований.

This article theoretically analyzes the physiological and biochemical properties of Phaseolus aureus (Vigna radiata
in the current botanical classification) varieties and samples, as well as their resistance to viral diseases. Based on the
analysis of international and domestic sources, the study examined in detail the physiological responses of the plant to viral
infections, including the content of chlorophyll, the level of proline, the activity of antioxidant enzymes (SOD, KAT, POD),
and their influence on yield. Also, the importance of genetic and molecular approaches in identifying virus-resistant varieties,
the interrelationship of selection and agrotechnical measures are theoretically substantiated. The article relies on theoretical
generalization, comparison, and analysis methods based solely on results from scientific sources, without practical experience.
The article aims to identify resistant and stable productive varieties against viral diseases, systematize existing scientific data,
and create a theoretical basis for future experimental research.
