In this paper presents results of determining the dependence between fiber output and quality of genetically distant cotton hybrids F1-F2. The link between the fiber length and the micronaire of hybrids derived from distant hybrids, in the majority of cases, is moderate and strong. The correlation between the fiber breaking load and the microneyr have been found to be low in most combinations. Also studied correlation coefficients among F2 hybrids. From research results we can conclude that correlation of markers should be taken into account in each combination, taking into account their genotype and correlation coefficient.
