In this scientific work: in the preparation of autumn soft wheat grains grown on the territory of our country, the natural slope angle of the grain is determined depending on the humidity in the laboratory conditions and the effect of the change of the natural slope angle of the grain mass on the distribution of the load on the surface of the grinding roller in the technology of grain crushing has been studied, and the results of the study were concluded that the effect of natural slope angle changes on the output and quality of grains soaked in the weighing of varietal flour from local wheat grains
