The article describes the results of experiments conducted in the production conditions of a cotton gin factory of the developed and justified parameters of a fiber humidifier with heating elements. Moistening the fiber while increasing its temperature facilitates the pressing process by reducing the elasticity of the fiber and increases the mass of fiber bales compared to the control.
