This article reveals that treatment of soil once a three year 10t/ha of animal manure and 15–20t/ha phosphogypsum at the same time in autumn ploughing tilling, increases agro physical andagrochemical properties of soil, creates optimal condition for growth, develops cotton plant, providesincreasing of yield and its quality, enhances the content of oil in the seeds of cotton, mass of 1000seeds, outputting and technological properties.In the versions applied to the soil 10t/ha of animal manure and 15–20t/ha of phosphogypsumcomparatively to control version without applied animal manure and phosphogypsum was receivedmore yield of cotton plant per 5,3–6,8c/ha
