2. The present study was prepared based on the results of a sociological study of 539 provinces among migrant workers working abroad by the Public Opinion Institute for Monitoring the Formation of Civil Society.

The system of sociological categories, which reflects the realities of the migration processes of society, is contained in the concept of "socially-oriented migration": fundamental laws related to human, society and development. Because, following these fundamental laws in a person's social life, he or she ensures their future and future. In our view, this approach is the result of the issue from the point of view of economic determinism.
