Muammoning kelib chiqishi. Turli xil korxonalarning oqava suvlari (ishqoriy) og'ir metal kationlari, shu jumladan Pb (II) ionlari bilan ifloslangan. Qo'rg'oshin tuproq, oqava va er osti suvlarida, inson tanasida to'planib atrof muhitga salbiy ta'sir ko'rsatadi. Shu munosabat bilan ishqoriy muhitni tozalash uchun ekologik va iqtisodiy jihatdan maqsadga muvofiq bo'lgan sorbsiya usullarini ishlab chiqish kerak. Istiqbolli sorbent - tabiiy zeolit, u Qozog'istonda ham keng tarqalgan. Zeolit modifikatsiyasi amaliyotida ko'pincha funktsional gidroksil va amino guruhlari bo'lgan organik birikmalar bilan modifikatsiya usuli qo'llaniladi. Bu zeolitning sorbsiyalovchi va modifikatsiyalovchi xususiyatlarini birlashtirgan, masalan, xitosan (C6H11O4N)n ni sorbentni olish imkonini beradi. Maqsad. Xitosan modifikatsiyalangan zeolit bilan ishqoriy muhitda Pb (II) kationlarini sorbtsiya jarayonini o'rganish. Metodologiya. Ishni bajarishda fizik-kimyoviy usullar (IR, XRF, DTA, SEM) ishlatilgan, matematik rejalashtirish usuli (2-darajali ortogonal aylanuvchi 3-omilli tajriba), Pb (II) ni aniqlash AASda bajarilgan. Ilmiy yangiligi. Ishqoriy muhitdan xitosan modifikatsiyalangan zeolit bilan Pb2+ kationlarini so'rbtsiya qilishning matematik modeli ishlab chiqilgan. Ishqoriy muhitdan xitosan modifikatsiyalangan zeolit bilan Pb2+ kationlarini sorbtsiya qilishning umumiy qonuniyatlari aniqlangan. Bu jarayonda aniqlovchi omillar qo'rg'oshin kontsentratsiyasi va haroratdir. Olingan natijalar. Vaqt, Pb (II) kationlarining kontsentratsiyasi va haroratning sorbentning sorbsion sig'imiga ta’siri va ular o'rtasidagi bog'liqlik aniqlandi. Pb2+ kationlarining sorbsiyalash jarayoni ion almashinish turiga ko'ra, zeolit tarkibidagi almashinuv pozitsiyalarida joylashgan H+ kationlarining almashinuvi natijasida sodir bo'ladi. Xitosan-modifikatsiyalangan zeolitning yuqori sorbsion qobiliyati (9799,3%) ion almashinuvi jarayonida zeolitning faol kislotali markazlari va (C6H11O4N)n modifikatorning gidroksil va aminoguruhlari ishtiroki hisobiga erishiladi. Xususiyatlari: - Pb2 + ionlarining sorbsiyasi ularning konsentratsiyasi va jarayon haroratiga bog'liq; - Pb2 + kationlarining eng yuqori sorbtsiya darajasi jarayonning 10-15 daqiqasida erishiladi; - Pb2+ ning so'rbtsiyalanishining haroratga bog’liq'ligi 45 ° C da bitta min yoki max egri bilan tavsiflanadi.
