Muammoning kelib chiqishi. Portland sementini ishlab chiqarish juda ko'p energiya talab qiladi, uning narxidagi issiqlik energiyasining ulushi 45-50% ni tashkil etadi, shu bilan birga tabiiy yoqilg'i narxi oshib bormoqda, bu sement klinkerini yoqish paytida xarajatlarni kamaytirishga qaratilgan tadqiqotlarni rag'batlantiradi. Yoqilg'i-energetika resurslarini tejashning eng istiqbolli yo’llaridan biri bu xom aralashmani aylanadigan pechda yoqish bosqichida dekarbonizatsiya va mineral hosil bo'lishini jadallashtirishdir. Tadqiqotning maqsadi noorganik chiqindilar - fosfogips va soda ishlab chiqarishning qattiq chiqindilarining MBF va QBF flotatsion chiqindilariga asoslangan sement xom aralashmalaridagi ohaktosh komponentining dekarbonizatsiyasi kinetikasiga ta'sirini o'rganish va jarayonni tavsiflovchi topokinetik tenglamalarni aniqlash. Metodologiya. Tadqiqot davomida GOST 5382 bo'yicha xom ashyoni kimyoviy tahlil qilish usuli qo'llanildi. Sement xom aralashmalaridagi CaOs miqdori etil-glitserat usuli bilan aniqlandi. Jarayonning kinetik va termodinamik parametrlarini hisoblash bir qator topokinetik tenglamalar va olingan tajriba ma'lumotlarini matematik qayta ishlash yordamida amalga oshirildi. Ilmiy yangilik: tatbiq etilgan noorganik chiqindilarning birinchi marta flotatsiya chiqindilariga asoslangan sement xom aralashmalaridagi karbonat komponentining dekarbonlanish kinetikasiga ta'siri o'rganildi va natijalar matematik qayta ishlandi. Dekarbonizatsiya jarayonining mexanizmi ko'p bosqichli bo'lib, harorat ko'tarilishi bilan birinchi bosqichda yangi fazalarning yadrosi kristall panjara nuqsonlarida sodir bo'ladi, ikkinchi bosqichda bu jarayon dekarbonizatsiya mahsulotlarining qatlami orqali tarkibiy qismlarning tarqalishi bilan cheklanadi. Olingan ma'lumotlar. Dekarbonizatsiya jarayonining mexanizmi harorat oshishi bilan o'zgarib borishi aniqlandi, birinchi bosqichda u Zhuravlev topokinetik tenglamasi bilan tavsiflanadi, ikkinchi bosqichda dekarbonizatsiya tenglamasi optimal tenglama hisoblanadi. Xususiyatlari: - organik bo'lmagan chiqindilarning dekarbonizatsiya jarayoni mexanizmi va kinetikasiga ta'siri o'rganildi; - ko'p bosqichli jarayonni tavsiflovchi topokinetik tenglamalar aniqlangan; - 800-900 ° C harorat oralig'ida jarayonning faollanish energiyasi 161 dan 142 kJ / (mol · deg) gacha o'zgarib turadi.
