The article is devoted to the socio-economic issues of obtaining organic products in Uzbekistan. In particular, based on social, economic and sanitary-ecological views, the authors put forward a proposal on the need to divide the organizational system of poultry farming into industrial and domestic ones, to apply specific development mechanisms to them, to optimize the number of poultry in personal subsidiary and dekhkan farms,to stimulate the keeping of domestic breeds and species of birds in them, to develop special technologies for keeping them and effective methods of feeding, to organize breeding and technological plants in the regions for breeding poultry and promoting advanced technologies in this area.
