Коронавирус касаллигининг патогенези охиригача ўрганилмагани, вирус штаммининг тез-тез ўзгариши, унга қараб касаллик клиникасининг турли-туманлиги, ҳалигача ягона даволаш тактикаси йўқлиги пандемиянинг ҳозиргача давом этишига сабаб бўлмоқда. Мазкур мақолада июнь ойида Республика махсус 2-сонли Зангиота шифохонасида COVID-19 билан касалланган беморларни проспектив усулда ўрганиб чиқиш асосида олинган маълумотлар келтирилган. Олиб борилган тадқиқотнинг асосий мақсади бир ой давомида COVID-19 билан касалланган беморларни клиник таҳлил қилишдир. Бунда барча беморлар касаллик тарихи (ёши, жинси, ёндош касалликлари, шифохонада бўлган кунлари, ўтказилган текширув натижалари, таҳлиллари, даво муолажалари) ўрганиб чиқилди. Тадқиқот натижасида июнь ойида шифохонада, асосан, эркаклар, ёшлар ва ўрта ёшлилар даволангани, ёндош касалликларнинг учраши бўйича таҳлил қилинганда эса ўрта ёшлиларда қандли диабет, юрак ишемик касалликлари, кексаларда гипертоник касалликлар, ёшларда эса бронхит кўп учрагани маълум бўлди. Ҳазм тизими касалликлари алоҳида таҳлил қилинганида, аёлларда панкреатит ва холецистит, эркакларда эса бироз фарқ билан гастрит кўп учраши маълум бўлди. Жигар ферментларининг ўзгариши оқибатида шифохонада даволаниш даврида АСТ ва АЛТ ошгани аниқланди. Кузатувлардан шу нарса маълум бўлдики, июнь ойида касалланганларнинг энг кўп қисмини эркаклар, ёшлар ва ўрта ёшлилар ташкил этган. Ёндош касалликлар кўпроқ ёшларда кузатилган, бу касалликларнинг ёшарганлигидан далолат беради. Жигар ферментларининг ошиши коронавирусни даволашда қўлланилган дорилар билан боғлиқ бўлиши мумкин.
