This publication presents data on the process of extracting juice from sugar sorghum stalks by pressing and the basis for the choice of screw press, depending on the output of the juice stems from the size of the augers, the pressure exerted on the raw materials from the augers and the size of the cut stems as rational determining parameters for maximum production of bioethanol from the processing of zionized varieties of sugar sorghum in our country.
