Оқ чўянга юқори ҳароратларда ишлов бериш йўли билан барқарор структура ҳосил бўлишини таъминлаш ва суюқ металлга печдан ташқари ишлов бериш асосида қолипда металлнинг кристалланиш режимлари ишлаб чиқилди. Юқори хароратларда ишлов берилган суюқ металлга таркибида 3-4% титан ва 1-1,5% молибден бўлган модификатор ѐрдамида ишлов бериш технологияси ишлаб чиқилиб, ушбу ишлаб чиқилган технологиялар асосида “Навоий КМК” нинг “НМЗ” корхонаси ишлаб чиқариш шароитида ейилишга бардош бўлган насосларэхтиѐтқисмларива майдалагич(дробилка) роторларини олиш масалалари кўриб чиқилган.Олиб борилган таҳлиллар шуни кўрсатдики, “Навоий КМК”нинг “НМЗ” корхонаси шароитида қуйма усулида олинган маҳсулотларнинг ишлаш ресурсини ошириш учун уларга махсус термик ишлов бериш усулларини қўллаш таклиф этилди.
