Тадқиқотнинг асосий мақсади наъматак уруғини юқори критик суюқликли экстракциялаш жараёнини ўрганиш ҳисобланади. Жараён 30 MПa, 50 0C ва оқим тезлиги 0.228 л/мин, юқори критик углерод қўшоксидини қўллаб ҳамда сепарациялаш ҳарорати 40 0C бўлган шароитларда амалга оширилган. Тажрибалар 120 минут давомида олиб борилган. Сепарациялаш жараёнидан кейин мойдаги қолдиқ миқдори хромотографик таҳлил асосида ўрганилган ва наъматак уруғидаги мойда тўйинмаган ёғ кислоталари миқдори аниқланган.
