The change in the balance between lipid peroxidation and the antioxidant defense system causes the development of physiological functions and the development of pathological conditions. The structure of alimentary obesity of diabetes mellitus increases the amount of MDA in the blood and tissues of animals, while a decrease in the amount of catalase, glutathione reductase and enzymes leads to a balance between lipid peroxidation and the antioxidant system.
