ИНДЕКС МАССЫ ТЕЛА И КОМПЛАЕНТНОСТЬ У БОЛЬНЫХ ИШЕМИЧЕСКОЙ БОЛЕЗНЬЮ СЕРДЦА КОМОРБИДНЫХ С САХАРНЫМ ДИАБЕТОМ

Цель: оценить взаимосвязь индекса массы тела и комплаености у больных ИБС коморбидных с сахарным диабетом.Материал и методы: Было обследовано 148 больных со стабильной стенокардией напряжения (далее по тексту: stable angina -SA) и сахарным диабетом (СД) 2 типа, т.е. с ИБС+СД. Медиана возраста = 60,9±8,5 (от 40 до 81) лет. По содержанию уровня глюкозы крови были выделены 3 группы: 1 группа –74 больных, у которых содержание глюкозы в крови составило ≤ 10,0 ммоль/л; 2 группа –43 больных, у которых содержание глюкозы в крови было = 10,1-15,0 ммоль/л; 3 группа –31 пациент, у которых содержание глюкозы в крови оказалось ≥ 15,1 ммоль/л. Из всей выборки пациентов в 99 (66,9%) случаях был вычислен индекс массы тела –ИМТ, кг/м2 (n=99, далее по тексту 100%). Медиана ИМТ составила 29,0±3,6 кг/м2. Комплаентность оценивали с помощью опросника Мориски-Грин.Результаты: У больных ИБС+СД повышение уровня глюкозы крови ≥ 15,1 ммоль/л ассоциировалось с тенденцией к ожирению, что подтверждалось увеличением как самого количества пациентов с наличием ожирения, так и ростом степени ожирения у них (p<0,05).У больных с высоким содержанием глюкозы крови, в аспекте вычисления ИМТ, отмечалась более выраженная склонность к ожирению и низкая приверженность к медикаментозной терапии, при этом, со стороны КАГ-данных, частота поражения ОА более чем в 4,5 раза превалировала, в сравнении с поражениями ПНА и ПКА
