Анжирнинг Марказий Осиёдаги тури Ficus carica L. баргларидан ажратиб олинган фурокумарин –псораленнинг таъсири, жумладан каламушларнинг гепатоцитларидаги митохондрийларни нормадаги ва УФ-нурлари ёрдамида PTP (permeability transition pore- ўткзувчанлик) таъсири ўрганилди. In vitro тажрибалардан кўриниб турибдики, псораленнинг 10-100 мкМ миқдордаги концентрацияси каламуш жигаридаги митохондрийлардаги Са2+ -индуцирловчи мегапораларининг очилишини сезиларли даражада ингибирлайди, бу эса митохондрий мембраналарини барқарор ҳолатга олиб келади. УФ-нурлари таъсирида инкубацион муҳитда 100 ва 200 мкМ концентрация миқдорида псораленнинг мавжудлиги назорат гурухига нисбатан митохондрияларнинг шишиш даражасини мос равишда 59,2 ± 4,5% ва 81,5 ± 5,7% га камайтиради. Псораленнинг ярим максимал ингибирловчи концентрацияси юқорида кўрсатилган шароитда гепатоцит митохондрийларининг PTPга таъсири IC50=83,6±5,8 мкМни ташкил этади, яъни псорален УФ-нурлари таъсирида юзага келган митохондриал мегапораларнинг функционал бузилишни тўғрилайди
