Ushbu ishning maqsadi zamonaviy modellashtirish vositalaridan foydalangan holda maxsus texnik maqsadlar uchun dinamometrik vagon kuzovi metall konstruktsiyasini modernizatsiya qilish. Dinamometrik vagonning tarkibiy elementlarining yuklanishini aniqlash uchun SolidWorks 2021 dasturiy ta'minot majmuasida vagon konstruksiyasining hisobli uch o'lchovli modeli ishlab chiqilgan. Ansys Workbench 2021 muhandislik dasturi va cheklangan elementlar usulidan foydalangan holda nazariy tadqiqotlar o'tkazildi va vagon ramasining mustahkamlash joylari aniqlandi. O'zbekiston Respublikasi temir yo'llari uchun 61-907-DM rusumli dinamometrik vagonning prototipi kuzovining mustahkamligini tekshirish uchun statik sinov dasturi va metodologiyasi ishlab chiqildi. Vagonlarning ramalari va ulash moslamalari elementlarini yuklash uchun mo’ljallangan stendda vagonning mustahkamligi uchun statik sinov, ya’ni siqish/cho'zish ishlari natijalari keltirilgan. Vagon konstruktsiyasining kuchlanish deformatsiyalangan holati unga statik qo'llaniladigan uzunlamasına sinov yuklari ta'sirida aniqlanadi. Vagonga qo’yilgan statik bo’ylama sinov kuchlari natijasida vagon konstruksiyasining yuklamadeformatsiya holati aniqlandi
