Elektr energiyasi ishlab chiqarishda asosiy e’tibor issiqlik va elektr energiyasi ishlab chiqarish jarayonlarida energiya resurslarini tejash masalalariga qaratilmoqda. Tizimdagi tashqi va ichki ta’sirlarning tasodifiy o‘zgarishi hamda noaniqligi sharoitida ishlovchi parametrlarning intellektual tizimini ishlab chiqish muammosini bartaraf etish dolzarb masalalardan biridir. Shu sababli dastlabki ma’lumotlarning noaniqligi sharoitida issiqlik energetikasi obyektlarining texnologik agregatlarini zamonaviy boshqarish usullari hamda intellektual texnologiyalar yutuqlaridan foydalangan holda takomillashtirish uchun kvant algoritmlarini qo‘llash taklif etildi. Tadqiqotda boshqaruv obyekti sifatida isitish qozoni tanlanib, uning ko‘p o‘lchamli va ko‘p bog‘lanishli xususiyatlari inobatga olindi. Natijada intellektual boshqarish tizimi kvant algoritmlari asosida takomillashtirildi.
