Maqolada murakkab va kо‘p bosqichli elastomer kompozitlar ishlab chiqarish jarayonini matematik ifodalashda tizimli yondashuv masalasi kо‘rib chiqilgan. Ushbu yondashuv kimyoviy reaksiyalarning konsentratsiya o‘zgarishlarini hisobga olish imkonini beradi. Vulkanizatsiya jarayonida sodir bо‘ladigan kimyoviy reaksiya asosida elostomer kompozitlar ishlab chiqarish jarayonining kinetik sxemasi taklif etilgan. Mazkur sxema jarayonning asosiy sifat kо‘rsatkichi bo‘lgan vulkanizatsiyani matematik ifodalash uchun funksional munosabatlarni aniqlashga asos bо‘ladi. Matematik ifodalar haroratning turli qatlamlarida qanday taqsimlanganligini inobatga olgan holda, mahsulotning har bir qatlamidagi vulkanizatsiya jarayonini batafsil tahlil qilishga yordam beradi. Kimyoviy o‘zgarishlar sxemasini yanada aniqlashtirish maqsadida taklif etilgan kinetik sxemaga qo‘shimcha reaksiyalar kiritish tavsiya qilingan. Stexiometrik munosabatlar va kimyoviy reaksiyalarning qaytarilish koeffitsiyentiga asoslangan matematik ifodalar ishlab chiqilgan. Bu tizimli yondashuv dastur sifatida taklif etilgan bo‘lib, kimyoviy jarayonlarning sifat kо‘rsatkichlariga asoslangan boshqaruv tizimini yaratishga hissa qo‘shadi. Shuningdek, qaytariluvchi kimyoviy jarayonlarni tezkor boshqarish maqsadida tuzilgan dastur samaradorligini asoslashga xizmat qiladi.
