Maqolada paxtani havo yordamida tashishda ishlatiladigan separator uskunasining ratsional konstruksiyasini ishlab chiqishga qaratilgan tadqiqot ishlari yoritilgan. Tadqiqotlarning asosiy maqsadi paxta mahsulotlarining dastlabki sifat ko‘rsatkichlarini saqlash, erkin tolalar va changning atmosferaga chiqib ketishining oldini olish, shuningdek, tozalash samaradorligini oshirishdan iborat. Separator uskunasining mavjud konstruksiyalari tahlil qilinib, ularning kamchiliklari aniqlangan. Ushbu kamchiliklarni bartaraf etish maqsadida yangi, takomillashtirilgan konstruksiya taklif etilgan. Yangi konstruksiya SolidWorks dasturida loyihalandi va parametrlarining to‘g‘riligi tekshirildi. Loyihalangan qurilmaning sinov nusxasi ishlab chiqarildi va tajriba sharoitida sinovdan o‘tkazildi. Tajriba natijalari yangi separator uskunasining paxta xomashyosini tashishda samaradorlikni sezilarli darajada oshirganini ko‘rsatdi. Shuningdek, ushbu qurilma chang va erkin tolalarning atmosferaga chiqib ketishining samarali oldini olishi aniqlandi. Mazkur tadqiqotlar paxta tozalash va tashish jarayonlarini takomillashtirishga qaratilgan bo‘lib, muhim ilmiy-amaliy ahamiyatga ega.
