Hozirgi kunda ruda va ma’danlarni maydalashda foydalaniladigan maydalovchi po‘lat zoldirlarga talabning ortishi ushbu yo‘nalishda ilmiy tadqiqot ishlari olib borishni taqozo qiladi. Bu borada maydalovchi po‘lat zoldirlarni prokatlash usuli orqali ishlab chiqarish masalasi katta ahamiyatga ega. Mazkur maqolada maydalovchi po‘lat zoldirlarni issiqlayin prokatlash usuli orqali ishlab chiqarishda qo‘llanadigan maxsus ikki valokli ko‘ndalang vintli prokatlash stanlarining ish unumdorligini oshirish masalasi o‘rganilgan. Tadqiqotning maqsadi ishlab chiqarish sharoitidan kelib chiqqan holda, maydalovchi po‘lat zoldirlarni prokatlash usuli orqali ishlab chiqarishdagi ish unumdorligini oshirish omillarining nazariy asoslarini ishlab chiqish va amaliy tajribalar asosida zaruriy xulosalarni aniqlashdan iborat. Olib borilgan tadqiqotlar natijasida prokatlash stanining asosiy ishchi zvenolarining muhim parametrlari analitik bog‘lanishlar orqali ilmiy jihatdan asoslab berildi. Shuningdek, zoldir prokatlash stanining ish unumdorligini oshirish bilan bog‘liq asosiy parametrlar tahlil qilindi. Tahlil natijalari asosida zoldir prokatlash jarayonida qo‘llanadigan ko‘p kirimli vintli kalibrli prokatlash valoklari tayyorlandi va ularga mos yo‘naltiruvchi lineykalarning ishchi qismi konstruksiyalari ishlab chiqildi. Tadqiqot natijalari asosidagi amaliy sinov tajribalari “O‘zmetkombinat” aksiyadorlik jamiyatining “Zoldir prokatlash bo‘linmasi” ishlab chiqarish sharoitida amalga oshirildi va muhim natijalar olindi.
