quote
This study explores foreign experiences in leveraging digital technologies to develop regional tourism sectors, with a focus on Uzbekistan. By analyzing case studies from Estonia, Japan, UAE, and Singapore, the research identifies best practices, challenges, and success factors in implementing AI, blockchain, IoT, and 5G. The findings highlight the transformative potential of digital tools in enhancing tourist experiences, bridging urban-rural disparities, and promoting sustainable development. Actionable recommendations are proposed for Uzbekistan to adopt strategies like blockchain certification, AI-driven personalization, and IoT-enabled destination management, positioning it as a leader in Central Asia’s digital tourism landscape.
