Mazkur maqola bulutli texnologiyalar asosida inson resurslarini boshqarish (HR) tizimlarini avtomatlashtirishda texnologiyani tanlash mezonlari va texnik jihatlarni tahlil qilishga bag‘ishlangan. Tadqiqotda empirik tadqiqot usuli, ilmiy manbalar tahlili hamda O‘zbekiston kompaniyalari rahbarlari va HR menejerlari orasida o‘tkazilgan so‘rovnoma natijalariga asoslangan yondashuv qo‘llanildi. Bulutli yechimlarning HR boshqaruvidagi afzalliklari va cheklovlari o‘rganildi. So‘rovnoma natijalari asosida HRIS (Human Resource Information System) joriy etishdagi asosiy mezonlar sifatida texnik talablar, axborot xavfsizligi va tizimning moslashuvchanligi aniqlangan. Tadqiqot yakunida tashkilotlar uchun eng mos bulutli yechimni tanlash bo‘yicha amaliy tavsiyalar ishlab chiqildi.
