Ushbu tadqiqotda “Olmaliq KMK” AJ Mis eritish zavodida texnologik gazlarni yuvish natijasida hosil bo‘lgan texnogen eritmalardan disprosiy (Dy), molibden (Mo) va tellur (Te) kabi noyob metallarni selektiv ajratib olish imkoniyatlari termodinamik asosda baholandi. Har bir metall uchun potensial–pH (E–pH) diagrammalari FactSage dasturi yordamida shakllantirildi va barqaror fazalar aniqlandi. Tahlillar Dy ni ishqoriy muhitda (pH>7,5) Dy₂O₃ shaklida, Te ni oksidlovchi neytral sharoitda (pH=5–8, E=0,5–0,7 V) TeO₂ ko‘rinishida va Mo ni pH=5–9 oralig‘ida (E=0,0–0,5 V) MoO₂ sifatida ajratish mumkinligini ko‘rsatdi. Har bir element uchun cho‘kma faza xususiyatlari va raqobatdosh ionlarning ta’siri o‘rganilib, selektiv ajratish uchun optimal sharoitlar belgilandi. Xususan, niqoblovchi reagentlar (EDTA, sitrat) yordamida Dy ning selektivligi oshirilishi, oksidlovchi kuchni boshqarish orqali Te ni birinchi bosqichda ajratish, hamda fazaviy farqlardan foydalanib Mo ni boshqa metallar fonida cho‘ktirish mumkinligi asoslab berildi. Tadqiqot natijalari texnogen eritmalardan iqtisodiy jihatdan ahamiyatli komponentlarni samarali ajratib olish va chiqindisiz texnologiyalarni ishlab chiqish yo‘nalishida muhim ahamiyat kasb etadi.
