Annotatsiya. Ushbu maqolada elektrda po‘lat eritish pechlarida energiya samaradorligini oshirish masalasi tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqotda aynan elektrda po‘lat eritish jarayonida elektr energiyasi sarfiga bevosita ta’sir ko‘rsatuvchi elektrodlar harakatini rostlash va boshqarish mavjud holati ko‘rib chiqilgan. O‘zbekistondagi mavjud elektrda po‘lat eritish texnologik jarayonida elektr energiyasi iste’moli jahondagi ko‘rsatkichlar bilan taqqoslangan. Natijada, respublikadagi elektrda po‘lat eritish pechlarida 1 tonna po‘latga to‘g‘ri keluvchi elektr energiyasining solishtirma sarf ko‘rsatkichi o‘rtacha 530-550 kVt·soatni tashkil etib, jahon davlatlaridagi ko‘rsatkichga qaraganda 47% yuqoriligi tahlil qilindi. Shu sababli, maqolada elektr yoy parametrlarining keskin va nochiziqli o‘zgarishi sharoitida samarali boshqaruvni ta’minlovchi sun’iy intellektning Fuzzy boshqaruv tizimiga asoslangan yangi avtomatik elektrodlar harakatini rostlash qurilmasining strukturaviy hamda funksional sxemasi ishlab chiqilgan. Amaldagi tok va kuchlanish transformatorlar vazifasini bajaruvchi transreaktorni qisqa tutashtirilgan tarmoqqa o‘rnatish asosida kerakli bo‘lgan birlamchi kirishi parametrlari Fuzzy boshqaruv tizimiga uzatildi. Tadqiqot natijalari taklif etilgan qurilmaning elektr yoy toki va kuchlanishi keskin o‘zgarganda ham, mavjud analoglarga nisbatan tezkorlik va aniqlik jihatidan ustunligi aniqlandi.
