MAQOLA ANNOTATSIYASI

The article substantiates that one of the most important sources of progressive dynamics of development of New Uzbekistan are science, education and professional training, “investments in people”, forming the “human capital” of the country, provided that it is successfully applied. It is shown that in modern conditions, the issues of preserving, developing and increasing human potential, increasing intellectual activity, are important elements of active state policy in general and economic policy in particular. Special emphasis is placed on the fact that the development of the education system, which today is acquiring special significance and importance, is aimed at the formation of innovative potential, and new scientific and technical achievements have become the main resource and driver of the country's economic development.
