Ushbu maqolada STBU2-180-1SHN va CHEONG WOON CW200 turdagi to‘quv dastgohlari konstruksiyasi va ishchi parametrlari qiyosiy tahlil qilindi. Tadqiqot jarayonida har ikki dastgohning asosiy texnik ko‘rsatkichlari, geometrik o‘lchamlari va tanda ipining harakat yo‘li o‘rganildi. STBU2-180-1SHN mokisiz dastgoh bo‘lib, unda ip yo‘nalishini boshqarish silindr shaklidagi toqova tayoqchalari orqali amalga oshiriladi. CHEONG WOON CW200 esa mokili mexanizmga ega bo‘lib, ipga nisbatan muloyim ta’sir ko‘rsatishi va oval shaklli toqova tayoqchalardan foydalanishi bilan ajralib turadi. CW200 dastgohining homuza ochilishi va chuqurligi yuqori bo‘lib, ipning umumiy harakat uzunligi ham ko‘proq. Bu esa ipning nazorat qilinishini kuchaytiradi. Shuningdek, CW200 da g‘altakdan to to‘qima chetigacha bo‘lgan masofa kattaroq bo‘lgani sababli ip uzilishlari 30–35 %ga kamaygan va natijada dastgohning ish unumdorligi soatiga 5–7 %ga oshgan. Olib borilgan tahlillar shuni ko‘rsatadiki, CW200 dastgohi konstruksiya jihatidan samaradorligi yuqoriroq bo‘lib, ip harakatini barqarorlashtirish va mahsulot sifatini yaxshilash imkonini beradi. Shu bois mazkur dastgohning to‘quv jarayonida qo‘llanishi ishlab chiqarish samaradorligini sezilarli oshirishi mumkin. Ishning maqsadi tabiiy ipak asosida yangi turdagi to‘qimalar yaratish va ularni ishlab chiqarishning takomillashtirilgan, resurstejamkor texnologiyasini ishlab chiqishdan iborat.
