MAQOLA ANNOTATSIYASI

The article is devoted to the study of the development of emotional intelligence in elementary school students. In this work, the level of emotional intelligence in younger schoolchildren of this age was studied, the main difficulties in identifying, understanding and analyzing, expressing emotions and managing them were found. Based on the diagnostics, a training program was created and implemented, as a result of participation in which the level of emotional intelligence in children increased. The changes that occurred in the emotional sphere of the participants are described, the dynamics of the development of emotional intelligence during the program is analyzed.
