Mazkur empirik tadqiqotda O‘zbekiston Respublikasidagi davlatga aloqador axborot texnologiyalari kompaniyasi “Uzinfocom”da kadrlar tanlash jarayonlariga sun’iy intellekt (SI) texnologiyalarini integratsiyalash amaliyoti o‘rganiladi. Pilot loyiha doirasida SI vositalaridan foydalanib, inklyuziv ish tavsiflarini yaratish, kompetensiyaga asoslangan suhbat savollarini tuzish hamda onlayn ish platformalari orqali rezyumelarni saralash jarayonlari sinovdan o‘tkazildi. Tadqiqot natijalari shuni ko‘rsatdiki, mazkur yondashuv ishga qabul qilish samaradorligini oshiradi, nomzodlar sifatini yaxshilaydi va jarayonlarni standartlashtirishga xizmat qiladi. Shuningdek, kichik hajmdagi kadrlar bo‘limi jamoalari ham inson nazorati bilan uyg‘unlikda ishlovchi, ochiq va mavjud SI yechimlaridan foyda ko‘rishi mumkinligini tasdiqladi.
