Ushbu maqolada o‘spirinlarda kuzatiladigan agressiv xulq-atvorning psixologik ildizlari hamda uni oldini olishda trening dasturining samaradorligi tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqot jarayonida Buss-Durkee agressivlik testi, so‘rovnomalar, sotsiometriya va kuzatish metodlari qo‘llanilib, eksperimental hamda nazorat guruhlari o‘zaro taqqoslandi. Olingan natijalar shuni ko‘rsatdiki, trening dasturini qo‘llash natijasida o‘spirinlarda yuqori agressivlik darajasi sezilarli darajada kamaygan, past agressivlik darajasi esa ortgan. Trening mashg‘ulotlari emotsiyalarni anglash va boshqarish, konfliktlarni konstruktiv tarzda hal etish, empatiya, ijobiy muloqot, stressni boshqarish va ijobiy liderlik kabi ko‘nikmalarni rivojlantirishga xizmat qildi. Mazkur dastur o‘spirinlarda ijtimoiy moslashuvchanlikni oshirish, jamoada sog‘lom psixologik muhitni shakllantirish va shaxsiy rivojlanishni qo‘llab-quvvatlashda muhim ahamiyat kasb etadi.
