Ushbu maqolada Kauldi koni oltin ma’danlarini turli usullarni qo‘llab boyitiluvchanligini o‘rganish, jumladan ma’danni gravitatsion va flotatsion usulda boyitish bilan bir qatorda ushbu usullarni birgalikda kombinatsiya usulida qo‘llash asosida ma’dan tarkibidagi qimmatbaho komponentlarni maksimal darajada samarali ajratib olish imkonini beruvchi texnologik yechimlar tahlil qilingan. Bunda boyitmalarni mis eritish zavodida eritish va sianidlash, boyitish chiqindilarini esa sianidlash usulini qo‘llab qayta ishlash nazarda tutilgan. Bunda ma’dan tarkibida gil minerallari miqdori yuqoriligi sababli sianidlash qoldig‘ini filtrlashda yuzaga kelishi mumkin bo‘lgan muammolarni ham hisobga olish kerak bo‘ladi. O‘tkazilgan laboratoriya tadqiqotlari natijalari asosida Kauldi koni ma’danini 90% -0,074 mm o‘lchamgacha yanchish, ikkitadan asosiy va nazorat flotatsiyasi, ushbu jarayonlar ko‘pikli mahsulotini tozalash flotatsiyasi va flotatsiya chiqindisini sianidlashni o‘z ichiga oluvchi flotatsiya-sianidlash sxemasi tavsiya etiladi.
