Under the conditions of the Zeravshan Valley, several agricultural technologies were developed for growing new local varieties of Topinambour Faiz-Barrakа Muz hizha and Etorof as the cheapest raw materials for high-quality animal husbandry, production of dietary products for the food industry, inulin in the field of pharmaceuticals.
