Тадқиқотларда F-24 ва N-14 алкалоидларининг манфий инотроп таъсири курсатиш механизми текширилди. Ушбу алкалоидларнинг инотроп таъсири кардиомиоцитларда Na + - ва Ca 2+ L -каналлари блокадаси ва ўз навбатида, [Ca 2+ ] in миқдори камайиши билан боғлиқлиги аниқланди. Шунингдек, F-24 ва N-14 алкалоидларининг антиаритмик таъсири ҳам тавсифланди. Бунда алкалоидларнинг папилляр мускулда аконитин ёрдамида чақирилган аритмия моделида антиаритмик таъсирини ўргандик. Алкалоидларнинг антиаритмик таъсири Na + -канали блокадаси билан боғлиқлигини аниқланди.
