MAQOLA ANNOTATSIYASI

The data on the study of the inﬂuence of diterpenoid alkaloid heteatisine and its aromatic derivatives on the central nervous system functional state are presented. It was established that heteratisine and its C6-aromatic derivatives inhibit the functional state of the CNS at doses close to toxic ones. The introduction of aromatic substituents at C6 position in heteratisine molecule leads to physiological activity increasing.
