This article is the result of a dissertation research in the management of the beekeeping industry. It presents the main aspects of improving the methodology for assessing the economic efficiency of beekeeping management, a model of the main and supporting business processes in the beekeeping sector, it develops and establishes the dependence of the effectiveness of managerial decisions on organizational and economic measures to influence production processes in beekeeping.
