In the article the equation for the dynamics of change of the flow velocity in the main channel due to state management of the gates partitioned structures by means of the sensor controller, as well as its numerical solution. The results of the numerical solution are presented in the form of graphs. The obtained results show that it is also suitable in the presence of retaining phenomena in the upstream from any structures or from the confluence of a large inflow to the channel section.
