In the scientific article the experimental material on the study of the cultivation of grape varieties through in vitro methodis stated. The conducted researches determined that for growing grape seedlings with leaf rudiments in a liquid medium the optimal concentrations of benzyladelin is 0,5 mg/l for Caberne and Bayan Shirey varieties, 2,0 mg/l water for White Husayne and Guzalсara.It is necessary to add to the nutrient medium the nicotinic acid of 5 mg/l to proliferation the axillary buds of Caberne and Bayan Shirey grapes varieties and nicotinic acid of 2 mg/l, pyridoxine of 30 mg/l forWhiteHusayne and Guzalcara.
